SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Steven Stroud of The Kee has applied for a separate
5-day liquor license for a beer tent during the 08/05 Waukee Music
Festival event.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:

STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police, Fire, and Development Services Departments
have reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at
this time.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the liquor license, pending proof of dram insurance.
