Wine Coolers) for Boozy Scoop, LLC, d/b/a Boozy Scoop [360 6th Street
(Triangle Park)], pending proof of dram insurance, for the purpose of the
Waukee Musical Festival

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The Boozy Scoop has applied for a 5-day liquor
license for a liquor sales during the 08/05 Waukee Music Festival event.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police, Fire, and Development Services Departments
have reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at
this time.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the liquor license, pending proof of dram insurance.
