STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City Staff has reviewed public improvements for Waukee
Central and find it in general conformance with the standard specification for
the City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[WAUKEE CENTRAL]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, McAninch Corporation of Des Moines, IA, has completed the public
improvements associated with Waukee Central; AND,
WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Waukee Central and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this project
are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 24"' day of July, 2017, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Waukee Central.
