AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 4 to RDG Dahlquist Art
Studio, for the Raccoon River Valley Trailhead Public Art Project in the
amount of $111,107.00.
FORMAT: Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 4 to RDG Dahlquist Art Studio is
for construction of the concrete bollards and tile cladding. Prepping the clay
tile takes approximately 5-6 months. Installation of the tiles has been
completed on 7 poles. The quantities completed to date have been reviewed
and agreed upon by the contractor, City of Waukee Staff.
