SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: RW Excavating Solutions has completed the project and
all lien waivers have been received.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $5,482.87.

RECOMMENDATION: Approve the release of retainage to RW Excavating Solutions for the Sugar
Creek Municipal Golf Course Bridge Replacement in the amount of

Submitted for your approval is Pay Application 2. This is for the work has been completed for the bridge
replacement at the Sugar Creek Municipal Golf Course and was accepted by the Cit y on June 14, 2017.
Pay Application 2 is for the release of the 5% project retainage of $5,482.87. Please see Pay Application
2 for a full summary of the payment.
Bolton & Menk, Inc. recommends the approval of Pay Application 2 for the release of project retainage.
