CITY COUNCIL MEETING COMMUNICATION
MEETING DATE: August 17, 2017
AGENDA ITEM: A proposal to purchase real estate was received by the City and is on file
with the City Clerk. The proposal will be considered by the City Council
on August 24, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. following public hearing on the
proposal. Notice of the public hearing shall be published as required by
Iowa Code 364.7

STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Staff would recommend approval of setting the public
hearing for August 24, 2017 to further discuss the sale of the City owned
property to Bravo Real Estate, LLC.
RECOMMENDATION: Set the Public Hearing Date
