SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Vanderpool Construction has requested Payment Estimate
No. 3 for the work completed on the Northwest Area Trunk Sewer Extension
Phases 2 and 3; Copeland Trunk Sewer — Phase 1 project in the amount of
$189,891.16. Veenstra & Kimm, Inc. has reviewed the payment estimate and
recommends payment. Partial Payment No. 3 is for installation of 24"
sanitary sewer in open cut and augered in place.

PAY ESTIMATE NO. 3
Enclosed are three copies of Partial Payment Estimate No. 3 for the period between July 11,
2017 and August 10, 2017 in accordance with the contract between the City of Waukee
and Vanderpool Construction for the above mentioned project.
Partial Payment Estimate No. 3 is for installation of 24" sanitary sewer in open cut and
augered in place. We have checked the estimate and recommend payment by the City
Council of the City of Waukee to Vanderpool Construction in the amount of $188,891.16.
Please sign all three copies of Partial Payment Estimate No. 3 in the space provided.
Return one signed copy to our office and one signed copy to Vanderpool Construction.
The remaining copy is for the City of Waukee's records.
