NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING THE SALE OF PROPERTY TO BRAVO
REAL ESTATE, L.L.C.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing concerning the sale of property to Bravo Real
Estate, L.L.C. by the City of Waukee. The public hearing has been set for 9:30 a.m. on August
24, 2017 and shall be held at the City of Waukee Council Chambers located at Waukee City
Hall, 230 W. Hickman Road, Waukee, Iowa. After the public hearing the Waukee City Council
will take action concerning the proposed sale.
The proposed terms of the sale to Bravo Real Estate, L.L.C. are set forth in a Real Estate
Purchase and Sale Agreement submitted to the City for consideration. The Proposed Real Estate
Purchase and Sale Agreement is available for viewing at the Clerk’s Office at the Waukee City
Hall located at 230 W. Hickman Road in the City of Waukee, Iowa. Published with this Notice
is the legal description of the property which the Waukee City Council will consider approving
the sale of at the public hearing referenced above.

THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW1/4) AND THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE
SOUTHEAST QUARTER (NW1/4 SE1/4) OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 79 NORTH,
RANGE 27 WEST OF THE 5TH P.M., DALLAS COUNTY, IOWA
Subject to any and all easements and restrictions of record.
