Includes clearing and grubbing, contractor furnish for shoulder, reshaping and trail embankment, culvert installation, subgrade preparation, approximately 1,001 square yards of 6-inch PCC pavement for trail construction, installation of a 30" X 10" pre-engineered pedestrian bridge with pre -fabricated abutments, backfilling and seeding and sodding of disturbed areas, and miscellaneous work. Notice of Hearing and Letting PREPARED BY: Beth Richardson REVIEWED BY: John Gibson PUBLIC NOTICE INFORMATION — NAME OF PUBLICATION: DATE OF PUBLICATION: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING WINDFIELDMIGH SCHOOL TRAIL — PHASE I The City Council of Waukee, Iowa, will hold a public hearing on the proposed Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract and Estimate of Costs for the construction of the above referenced public improvements at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 5th, 2017 at the Council Chamber in City Hall, 230 West Hickman Road, Waukee, Iowa 50263. At said hearing, any interested person may appear and file objections thereto or to the cost of the improvements. This project includes the furnishing of all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of the WINDFIELDIHIGH SCHOOL TRAIL — PHASE I FROM SE BOBWHITE LN TO THE NORTHWEST PARKING LOT OF PRAIRIEVIEW SCHOOL, generally described as follows: Clearing and grubbing, contractor furnish for shoulder reshaping and trail embankment, culvert installation, subgrade preparation, approximately 1,001 square yards of 6-inch PCC pavement for trail construction, installation of a 301x10' pre-engineered pedestrian bridge with pre -fabricated abutments, backfilling and seeding and sodding of disturbed areas, and miscellaneous work.
