STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City Staff has reviewed public improvements for Fox Creek
Estates Plat 10 and find it in general conformance with the standard
specification for the City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

RESOLUTION 17-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[FOX CREEK ESTATES PLAT 101
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Priority Excavating of Des Moines, IA, has completed the public
improvements associated with Fox Creek Estates Plat 10; AND,
WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of Fox
Creek Estates Plat 10 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 5t" day of September, 2017, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Fox Creek Estates Plat 10.

Estates Plat 10 are in general conformance with the standard specification of the City of Waukee.
