AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of a motion setting September 25, 2017 as the date
of public hearing on an ordinance to amend Chapter 301.18A, C-1B Large
Scale Commercial District, Zoning Ordinance, City of Waukee, Iowa
FORMAT: Resolution
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Staff has received a request to review some of the bulk
regulation requirements currently specified within the C-1B zoning ordinance
which have created difficulty in developing certain lots.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Staff would recommend a public hearing be set for
September 25, 2017 to further discuss the proposed Ordinance.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Motion
