AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of receipt and file of the purchase of a 2018 Ford F150
Extended Cab Pick-up from Stiver’s Ford Lincoln of Waukee, IA in the
amount of $27,169.00. [Waukee Public Works Department]
FORMAT: Receipt/File
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: This purchase is part of equipment
replacement program. Current pickup will be moved to GIS department for part time help
and interns.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $27,169.00 this is
budgeted at $25,000.00 split between gas and water departments.
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Staff sent bids to three dealerships only one was
received prior to bid opening. One did not submit and the other came in
after bids were already opened so the City could not accept.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve purchase.
