Easement [TCB Investments, LLC]

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Staff was worked with the property owner on the
acquisition of a sanitary sewer easement to allow for the future construction of
a sanitary sewer to service a property recently annexed from the City of Clive.

RESOLUTION 17-
APPROVING SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH FOX CREEK
ESTATES PLAT 9
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City has previously approved the final plat for Fox Creek Estates Plat 9; AND,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that an additional sanitary sewer easement is necessary
across a portion of Lot 11 in Fox Creek Estates Plat 9 to allow for the future extension of a
sanitary sewer.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
2nd day of October, 2017, that it hereby approves the sanitary sewer easement related to Lot 11 of
Fox Creek Estates Plat 9.
