SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: On 10/02/2017, the Waukee City Council approved
Payment Estimate No. 6 to Synergy Contracting, LLC, for the Little
Walnut Creek Regional Lift Station Expansion Project in the amount of
$361,174.19. The payment estimate has since been revised to reduce
payment for surface restoration. The revised amount is $357,611.69.
