AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of a resolution approving Public Access and
Recreational Trail Easement [Chayse Holdings, LLC]
FORMAT: Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Tanglewood Acres Plat 2 is a subdivision located in Dallas
County and within a two-mile radius of Waukee city limits. The final platting
documents include a Public Access and Recreational Trail Easement that must
be approved by the City.

RESOLUTION 17-
APPROVING PUBLIC ACCESS AND RECREATIONAL TRAIL EASEMENT
[CHAYSE HOLDINGS, LLC]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, a final plat has been approved for Tanglewood Acres Plat 2, a subdivision located
in Dallas County and within a two-mile radius of Waukee city limits; AND,
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City to approve a Public Access and Recreational Trail
Easement in order for the final plat to be filed in Dallas County.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
9th day of October, 2017, that it hereby approves the Public Access and Recreational Trail
Easement across property owned by Chayse Holdings, LLC, and known as Tanglewood Acres
Plat 2.
