FORMAT: Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Kum & Go, LC, has applied for a liquor license
transfer from their store at 85 4th St. to the new location at 650 W.
Hickman Rd. The new location will be open for business on 11/09/2017.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:

STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police, Fire, and Development Services Departments
have reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at
this time.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the liquor license.
