AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of transfer of Iowa Retail Permit,
Cigarette/Tobacco/Nicotine/Vapor License for Kum & Go, LC, d/b/a
Kum & Go #202 [85 4th Street] to Kum & Go #1202 [650 W. Hickman
Road], effective November 9, 2017
FORMAT: Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Kum & Go, LC, has applied for a cigarette/tobacco
license transfer from their store at 85 4th St. to the new location at 650 W.
Hickman Rd. The new location will be open for business on 11/09/2017.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police, Fire, and Development Services Departments
have reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at
this time.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the liquor license.
