We have reviewed the submitted quantities and they appear to be in order with what has been constructed
in the field. If City Staff concurs with this payment, we recommend the City of Waukee pay Concrete
Technologies, Inc. of Grimes, Iowa in the amount of $470,821.23 for the work completed to date.
