AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of a resolution approving construction
drawings for Indi Run Plat 1.
FORMAT: Resolution
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON:
The subject property is located north of Hickman Road and west of Warrior Lane. The public
improvements associated with this plat include sanitary sewer extension, water main extension,
and storm sewer extension. In addition, the plans include pavement extensions of Sunrise Drive,
Gracewood Drive, and a new street, NW 1st Street.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:

STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: All staff comments have been addressed.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the resolution.

RESOLUTION 17-
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
INDI RUN PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized
Municipal Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, construction plans have been submitted to the City for Indi Run Plat 1;
AND,
WHEREAS, the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff, and are found to be in general conformance with section §303 - Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 6th day of November, 2017 that the Construction Drawings for Indi Run Plat
1 be approved.
