RESOLUTION 17-
RESOLUTION ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF
CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST
WHEREAS, on the 13th day of November, 2017, specifications, form of contract and
estimate of cost were filed with the Clerk for the Supply of Materials for the Alice's Road Gas
Main Relocation Project; and
WHEREAS, notice of hearing on specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for
the public improvements was published as required by law:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WAUKEE, STATE OF IOWA:
Section 1. That the specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost are hereby
approved as the specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the public
improvements, as described in the preamble of this Resolution.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 20th day of November, 2017.
