AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Change Order No. 1 to RDG Dahlquist Art
Studio, for the Raccoon River Valley Trailhead Public Art Project, increasing
the contract amount by $2,964.00
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 1 to RDG Dahlquist Art Studio is for
modifications made to the monument sign and donor sign to fix the necessary
corrections to the map. Modifications were also made internally to add
stability to the interior of the sign. Staff also determined that 2 full columns
of extra tiles were not necessary as per the contract. This change order
reflects the necessary changes.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:$2,964.00
