The public improvements associated with this plat include sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water main extensions. Additionally, the applicant will construct a new extension of 10th Street south of Hickman Road. FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT: STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: At this time a majority of staff comments have been addressed and Staff is working with the applicant to get the last few minor comments addressed. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the resolution subject to remaining staff comments. ATTACHMENTS: I. Proposed Resolution II. Project Area Identification Map PREPARED BY: Andy Kass, Senior Planner REVIEWED BY: PUBLIC NOTICE INFORMATION – NAME OF PUBLICATION: DATE OF PUBLICATION: J9 THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA RESOLUTION 17- APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR DEERY BROTHERS WAUKEE DEVELOPMENT IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal Organization; AND, WHEREAS, construction plans have been submitted to the City for Deery Brothers Waukee Development; AND, WHEREAS, the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City staff, and are found to be in general conformance with section §303 - Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on this 18th day of December, 2017 that the Construction Drawings for Deery Brothers Waukee Development be approved subject to remaining staff comments. ____________________________ William F.
