SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Casey’s General Store #2538 has added an addition
to their building. As a result, their liquor license and dram insurance
must be updated to reflect this addition.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police, Fire, and Development Services Departments
have reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at
this time.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the liquor license.
