SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON:
The contract has a completion date of November 15, 2015. The adjacent City of Waukee project (Local
Project) has a completion date of November 26, 2015. The contract completion
date will be adjacent to the November 26, 2015 to maintain consistency with
other projects within the Grand Prairie Parkway corridor. No price adjustments
will be associated with this change in Completion Date.

projects within the Grand Prairie Parkway corridor. No price adjustments will be associated with this change in Completion
Date.
When authorized, the contractor agrees to perform the work outlined above in accordance with provisions of the contract
documents.
