AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of a resolution approving construction
drawings for Glynn Village Plat 10
FORMAT: Resolution
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON:
The public improvements associated with Glynn Village Plat 10 includes the construction of a
number of new streets and extension of existing streets and the installation of utilities for a 145
lot single family residential subdivision as well as approximately 70 townhome lots. The subject
property is located north of SE Westown Parkway and on either side of Warrior Lane. This is the
final phase of the Glynn Village development.

STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: At this time all staff comments have been addressed.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the resolution.

RESOLUTION 16-
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
GLYNN VILLAGE PLAT 10
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized
Municipal Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, construction plans have been submitted to the City for Glynn Village Plat
10; AND,
WHEREAS, the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City s taff, and are found to be in general conformance with section §303 - Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code for water main and sanitary sewer
installation.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 18th day of January, 2016 that the Construction Drawings for Glynn Village
Plat 10 be approved.
