FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $8,318.17
COMMISSIONBOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT: Howrey Construction has requested
Payment Estimate No. 14 for the work completed on the Traffic
Signalization/Trail — SE Alices Road from SE Ashworth Road to SE
University Avenue project in the amount of $8,318.17. Foth Infrastructure and
Environment, LLC has reviewed the payment estimate and commends
payment.

Attached please find a detailed Pay Request for City Council approval on March 21, 2016

• 0.01 LS of Item 5, Traffic Signalization
We have reviewed the submitted quantities and they appear to be in order with what has been constructed
in the field. If City Staff concurs with this payment, we recommend the City of Waukee pay Howrey
Construction, of Rockwell City, Iowa in the amount of $8,318.17 for the work completed to date.
