AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of a motion fixing date for public hearing on an
amendment to the FY2016 budget

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Staff has determined the need to amend the FY2016
budget. As required by the State of Iowa, the Council needs to approve the
date of the public hearing.
