The project is complete and the total retaining for the project is $21,019.22. Restoration is complete however the seed has not yet germinated. We recommend withholding $2,000.00 until it is verified that the grass seed has germinated. USDI recommends a retainage release of $19,019.22 to Profile Contracting, LLC.
