Proposed Ordinance PREPARED BY: Beth Richardson REVIEWED BY: John Gibson �/ PUBLIC NOTICE INFORMATION — NAME OF PUBLICATION: DATE OF PUBLICATION: CC 91 er.1 ►re a�►`C1xroll AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 501, WAUKEE MUNICIPAL CODE, TRAFFIC REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA AS SPECIFIED BELOW WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is has determined that certain intersections should be added to the stop intersection ordinances. BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waukee: Section 1. Chapter 501, Waukee Municipal Code, Traffic Regulations, Section 501.18, Through Streets and Stop Intersections, is hereby amended by adding the following intersections as Stop Intersections as follows: FF. Dunham Drive at its intersection with Warrior Lane west bound Section 2. Repealer. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3. Severability Clause. If any section, provision or part of this ordinance shall be adjudged invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any section, provisions or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional. Section 4. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in effect from and after its final passage, approval and publication as provided by law. Passed by the Council the day of Attest: Rebecca D.
