AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of waiver and consent with Nyemaster Goode,
P.C.
FORMAT: Motion
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Nyemaster Goode, P.C., has made the City aware of
a possible conflict of interest due to existing client relationships with
both the City and First American Bank. As such, Nyemaster Goode asks
the City to waive and consent to potential conflicts of interest associated
with their representation of both parties.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City staff recommends approving the waiver and
consent.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the waiver and consent.
