RESOLUTION 13-169
APPROVING DEVELOPER’S AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF WAUKEE
AND LANDING AT SHADOW CREEK, LLC [DOUGLAS PARKWAY
IMPROVEMENTS]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, Landing at Shadow Creek has submitted a preliminary plat for The Landing at
Shadow Creek Plat 4 which includes a portion of Douglas Parkway that the Developer is
obligated to construct;
WHEREAS, Landing at Shadow Creek, LLC have entered into an agreement with the City
regarding their obligations for construction of the improvements to Douglas Parkway including a
timeframe for completion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa
on this 2nd day of May, 2016 that the Developer’s Agreement between the City of Waukee and
Landing at Shadow Creek, LLC is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City
of Waukee.
