AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of a motion resetting date for public hearing on an
amendment to the FY2016 budget
FORMAT: Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Staff has determined the need to amend the FY2016
budget. As required by the State of Iowa, the Council needs to approve the
date of the public hearing.
The public hearing date was originally set by the Council for the May 16,
2016 regular meeting. However, staff requests that the hearing date be reset
for the May 23, 2016 special meeting.
