STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City Staff has reviewed the Brookridge (Brookside)
Townhomes and find it in general conformance with the standard specification
for the City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

RESOLUTION 16-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[BROOKRIDGE (BROOKSIDE) TOWNHOMES]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Priority Excavating of Des Moines, IA, has completed the public
improvements associated with Brookridge (Brookside) Townhomes; AND,
WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Brookridge (Brookside) Townhomes and confirm that said improvements constructed as
a part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the
City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 16"' day of May, 2016, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Brookridge (Brookside) Townhomes.
