RESOLUTION 16-
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH JERRY’S HOMES, INC. REGARDING
NE BOSTON PARKWAY CONSTRUCTION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Jerry’s Homes, Inc. has submitted a final plat for Alice Patricia Homes for
the development of a multi-family complex; AND,
WHEREAS, the development will include the construction of NE Boston Parkway along
the southern boundary of the plat which will be split on the shared property line with a
property currently owned by MidAmerican Energy; AND,
WHEREAS, an agreement has been proposed which identifies the responsibilities and
obligations of Jerry’s Homes with the remaining costs being paid for by the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 16th day of May, 2016, that it hereby approves the Development Agreement
between the City of Waukee and Jerry’s Homes Inc. regarding the construction of NE
Boston Parkway.
