Location Map PREPARED BY: Brad Deets, Development Services Director REVIEWED BY:   THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA RESOLUTION 16- APPROVING AND ACCEPTING WARRANTY DEEDS FOR SE ESKER RIDGE DRIVE EXTENSION IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal Organization; AND, WHEREAS, Ashworth Properties Development, Inc. and ARAC, LLC/Charles Sanford Swallow and Terry Irene Swallow Trust (collectively “Property Owners”) own property located within the Kettlestone Corridor adjacent to the future extension of SE Esker Ridge Drive; AND, WHEREAS, the Property Owners have agreed to a Property Exchange and Development Agreement (attached as Exhibit A) for the division of land and extension of SE Esker Ridge Drive adjacent to their property which includes provisions for the dedication of right of way for the purposes of extending SE Esker Ridge Drive along the Property Owners common property line; AND, WHEREAS, the City is agreeable to accepting the warranty deeds for the extension of SE Esker Ridge Drive subject to the terms of the Property Exchange and Development Agreement. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 6th day of June 2016, that it hereby approves the warranty deeds related to the extension of SE Esker Ridge Drive. ____________________________ William F.
