RESOLUTION 16-
APPROVING RENEWAL OF IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF PRIMARY ROADS IN
MUNICIPALITIES
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS, on June 6, 2011, the Waukee City Council approved an agreement with the Iowa
Department of Transportation related to the maintenance and repair of primary roads (the
“Agreement”) with said Agreement expiring on June 30, 2016; AND,
WHEREAS, the Iowa Department of Transportation requests renewal of the Agreement, with an
expiration date of June 30, 2021.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
6th day of June, 2016, that it hereby approves the renewal of Iowa Department of Transportation
Agreement for Maintenance and Repair of Primary Roads in Municipalities.
