Mr. Mayor, Fellow Council members and Citizens of Waukee.
It has been an honor and a pleasure to serve the people of Waukee for these last 6 ½ years. I would like
to thank the Waukee Community for allowing me the opportunity to serve helping to design and plan
for our future growth. Waukee truly is in a good place with wonderful leaders. Every Council member I
have served with has been incredible. The Mayor, I cannot thank enough for his support and leadership
for this City. Because of personal issues in my life I feel I cannot serve my position to the expectation
Waukee Citizens deserve. I would like to resign my position of Council member effective June 1st 2016. I
give this resignation with a heavy heart. I know the Council will fill this position with someone
competent who will continue to build economically for the Cities future.
