THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 16-
APPROVING TEMPORARY PARKING REQUEST ON LOT 4 OF WILLIAMS POINTE
PLAT 14 [STIVERS FORD LINCOLN]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, Stivers Ford Lincoln has recently been shipped a large inventory of new vehicles that has
exhausted their display and storage areas at their dealership located at 1450 E Hickman Road; AND,
WHEREAS, Stivers Ford Lincoln had previously received approval for temporary use of a vacant
property for vehicle storage on February 2, 2016 (Resolution 16-045) and approval of an extension on
April 4, 2016 (Resolution 16-113); AND,
WHEREAS, the owners of Stivers Ford Lincoln request permission for a second extension of their
temporarily store vehicles on an undeveloped property located at 1350 SE Stone Ridge Drive [Lot 4 of
Williams Pointe Plat 14] for an additional period of not to exceed sixty (60) days.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 5th
day of July, 2016, that it hereby approves temporary parking on the property located at 1350 SE Stone
Ridge Drive for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days.
