BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, after a public hearing held on August 1, 2016 to consider the disposal of the property described above in exchange for property owned by Ashworth Properties, Inc. known as Parcel Number 17-93 on the Plat of Survey on file with the City Clerk with the City of Waukee, hereby approves the disposal of property by conveyance to Ashworth Properties, Inc. by Quit Claim Deed Parcel Number 17-94 upon receipt of a Warranty Deed from Ashworth Properties, Inc., free and clear of any liens or encumbrances, of Parcel 17-93. The Mayor is authorized to execute any and all documents to effectuate the transaction and convey the property on behalf of the City.
