AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of an extended outdoor service area for July
24, 2016, through July 25, 2016, in conjunction with a Class C Liquor
License (LC) (Commercial) held by Cork & Kerry, Inc., d/b/a Mickey’s
Irish Pub [50 SE Laurel St.]
FORMAT: Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The owners of Mickey’s Irish Pub wish to
temporarily extend their outdoor service area on 07/24/2016 in order to
host a fundraising event for the AHeinz57 pet shelter.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police, Fire, and Development Services Departments
have reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at
this time.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the application, pending proof of dram insurance.
