AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 3 to Joiner Construction
Co., Inc., for the Fox Creek Park Project in the amount of $211,267.64.
FORMAT: Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 3 to Joiner Construction Co. Inc. is
for Borrow Fill Soil, and concrete bike trail. The quantities completed to date
have been reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, City of Waukee Staff,
and Genus Landscape Architects. All trails will be completed and open in
time for school to start. Planting and seeding will take place mid to late
September.
