AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of an extended outdoor service area for
August 13, 2016, and August 14, 2016, in conjunction with a Class C
Liquor License (LC) (Commercial) held by Chops Old, Inc., d/b/a Chops
Old Bank [400 6th Street]
FORMAT: Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The owners of Chops Old Bank wish to temporarily
extend their outdoor service area on 08/13/2016-08/14/2016 in order to
host a street party. They have also applied for a temporary street closing
for Walnut Street adjacent to their premises, as well as a noise permit.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police, Fire, and Development Services Departments
have reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at
this time.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the application.
