SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Kenny’s Pub is under new ownership. The new
owner has applied for a liquor license to start 09/01/2016.

STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police, Fire, and Development Services Departments
have reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at
this time.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the liquor license.
