SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: This purchase is a replacement for Storm Water pickup it
is scheduled this fiscal year as part of replacement program. Bids were sent to
Shottenkirk, Karl Chevrolet, Dewey Ford and Stivers Ford.
