STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City Staff has reviewed SE Waco Place/98'" Street
Reconstruction Project and find it in general conformance with the standard
specification for the City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

RESOLUTION 16-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[98" STREET/SE WACO PLACE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Sandstone Management of Carlisle, IA, has completed the public
improvements associated with 98 h Street/SE Waco Place Reconstruction Project; AND,
WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of 981h
Street/SE Waco Place Reconstruction Project and confirm that said improvements
constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard
Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 19`h day of September, 2016, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with 98t Street/SE Waco Place Reconstruction Project.
