STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City Staff has reviewed the Cove at Kettlestone
Development and find it in general conformance with the standard
specification for the City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

RESOLUTION 16-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[THE COVE AT KETTLESTONE]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Sandstone Management of Carlisle, IA, has completed the public
improvements associated with The Cove at Kettlestone; AND,
WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of The
Cove at Kettlestone and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 19'h day of September, 2016, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with The Cove at Kettlestone.
