Certificate of Completion PREPARED BY: Beth Richardson J REVIEWED BY: John Gibson PUBLIC NOTICE INFORMATI N NAME OF PUBLICATION: DATE OF PUBLICATION: THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA 17ORMR$AIt0]WilI ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [KETTLESTONE RIDGE PLAT 21 IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County; AND, WHEREAS, Gator Excavating of Grimes, IA, has completed the public improvements associated with Kettlestone Ridge Plat 2; AND, WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of Kettlestone Ridge Plat 2 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 19'' day of September, 2016, that it hereby accepts the public improvements associated with Kettlestone Ridge Plat 2.
