Home My WebLink About2016-10-03-J01K Waukee Market Place Plat 1_Construction Drawings AGENDA ITEM: CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA CITY COUNCIL MEETING COMMUNICATION MEETING DATE: October 3, 2016 AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of a resolution approving construction drawings for Waukee Market Place Plat 1 FORMAT: Resolution SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The public improvements associated with Waukee Market Place Plat 1 include an extension of 8- inch sanitary sewer and 12-inch water main along the rear of the Waukee Market Place commercial development. The property is 12 acres in area and is located at the southwest corner of the Hickman Road and SE Alice’s Road intersection. FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT: STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: At this time a majority of staff comments have been addressed and Staff is confident that the remaining comment will be addressed prior to the Council meeting. Staff recommends approval subject to remaining staff comments. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the resolution. ATTACHMENTS: I. Proposed Resolution II. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on this 3rd day of October, 2016 that the Construction Drawings for Waukee Market Place Plat 1 be approved subject to remaining staff comments. ____________________________ William F.
