Change Order No. 2
Dear John Gibson:
I recommend acceptance of change order number 2 pertaining to installing Sikaflex la caulk sealant to the
sheet metal gaps on the interior of the tank and riser. The purpose of the caulk sealant is to prevent rust
runs originating from the sheet metal gaps. Change order number 1 increases the contract price by
$2,500.00 and increases the contract time by 3 days. The recommended new total contract price is
$518,140.00. The recommended new substantial and final completion dates are October 8, 2016, and
October 24, 2016, respectively. Please see attached reviewed and signed Change Order #2.
