SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO '& CON:
The change order is for additional work to remove and replace the rip -rap
in order to install the sanitary sewer at the southwest corner of University
Avenue and Ute Avenue.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order increases the contract price by $4,447.00.

RECOMMENDATION: Approve the consent agenda.

CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
Attached are three copies of Change Order No. 1 for the Northwest Area Trunk Sewer
Extension - Phase 1 project under the contract between the City of Waukee and Rognes
Corp.
Change Order No. 1 is for additional work to remove and replace rip -rap in order to install
the sanitary sewer at the southwest corner of University Avenue and Ute Avenue.
Change Order No. 1 increases the contract price by a total of $4,447.00. Veenstra &
Kimm, Inc. recommends approval of Change Order No. 1.
Please sign all copies of Change Order No. 1 in the spaces provided. Return one signed
copy of Change Order No. 1 to our office and one signed copy to Rognes Corp.
